I found my stay at The Logan to be quite disappointing. While the hotel's location near attractions was convenient, I encountered significant issues with room cleanliness and maintenance that overshadowed any positives. The staff were friendly and the lobby had a nice atmosphere, but the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping was frustrating.
I had a mixed experience at The Logan. The location is fantastic and I loved the beautiful view of Ben Franklin Parkway from my room. However, I faced some issues with the staff, especially regarding communication after a late-night fire alarm. My room also had a lingering grease smell from the restaurant below, which wasn’t pleasant.
